01. Permits
The first step in the process is to help you by filing the necessary permits in the county where you're planning to place the manufactured home.
02. Home Shopping
While permits are being reviewed by your local county. We'll help you select a home that has the best solution for your needs.
03. Closing
We help you review all the paperwork and documents needed to close the sale & also provide you the necessary paperwork and info for delivery & additional services such as installation.
04. Installation
Before we deliver your Manufactured Home we have to prepare the land in order to connect the home to all the utilities. After preparation, we can install the home. We offer a wide variety of installation options for you to choose.
